Your first eSIM, without the guesswork.

A simple guide from checking your phone to getting online.

Start with the essentials.

  1. Check your phone supports eSIM and is carrier-unlocked. Confirm the exact model and region with your device manufacturer.
  2. Choose a plan for your destination, dates, and data needs. Read its activation policy before purchase.
  3. Connect to reliable Wi-Fi. Open your cellular settings and follow the provider’s QR code or manual installation instructions.
  4. Name the new line “Travel” and select it for mobile data when you arrive. Enable roaming on the travel line only if your provider instructs you to.
  5. Disable data roaming and automatic data switching on your home line. Test your connection, and keep the provider’s support details offline.

Every device and provider is a little different. Use this guide as a starting point and follow the instructions for your specific phone and plan.
