This notice explains what information FindeSIM collects, why we collect it, and how it is shared when you browse, create an account, or buy an eSIM.
Information we collect
When you create an account we store your name, email address, and a securely hashed version of your password. We never store your password in readable form.
When you buy an eSIM we store your order, the plan you chose, the payment status, and the eSIM details needed to install and manage it, such as its ICCID, QR code, and data usage.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details are entered directly into Stripe’s secure payment form and are never sent to or stored on our servers. Stripe’s own privacy policy applies to the information it processes.
eSIM provisioning
We issue eSIMs through our network partner. To issue an eSIM we send the selected plan to our partner; we do not share your name or email address with them for this purpose.
Your choices
You can update your name in your dashboard settings at any time. To request a copy of your data or the deletion of your account, contact our support team.
