These terms apply when you create an account on FindeSIM or buy a travel eSIM through the site.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity on your account. Please provide accurate information so we can reach you about your orders.
Plans and prices
Prices are shown in USD and include our service fee. The price charged is the price displayed at checkout. Plan details such as data allowance, validity, coverage, speeds, and fair-use limits are shown on each plan before purchase.
Device compatibility
An eSIM only works on a compatible, carrier-unlocked device. Please confirm your device is compatible before buying. Most eSIM QR codes can be installed only once.
Activation and validity
Each plan shows when its validity period starts. Many plans start on first connection in a covered country, while some start at installation. Unused data does not carry over after the validity period ends.
Refunds
If your payment succeeds but we cannot issue your eSIM, your payment is refunded automatically. For other issues, contact our support team and we will review your request.
Travel guidance
Guides and blog posts provide general information. Network coverage and performance depend on the local networks, your device, and your location.
